During his 18-year tenure as president, sales grew by 1,700% (hundreds of millions of dollars).&nbsp; He led the integration of distributors in the U.S. and Canada and created coast-to-coast direct distribution to more than 10,000 dealers throughout North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After retiring from Husqvarna in 2009, Zerfoss formed The Zerfoss Group which offers&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thezerfossgroup.com\/executive-coaching\/\"><strong>executive coaching<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thezerfossgroup.com\/strategic-visioning-sessions\/\"><strong>strategic visioning sessions<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;for CEO\u2019s and their executive teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zerfoss is a Chair of Vistage International, the world\u2019s leading chief executive organization.
